CHRISTCHURCH CLUB. In the semi-final of the Tennyson Cup, E. M. Macfarlafle beat R. C. Abernethy, 4 and 3. O. B. Rhodes Cnp. The mixed foursome flag match for the G. E. Rhodes Cup resulted in a tie between G. L. Rutherford and Miss Giles and S. L. Rutherford and Miss Browne, who both took the flag to the nineteenth hole.
