A nicely worded letter of thanks from a pupil of the School for the Deaf, Sumner, has been received by the City Council. The pupil, Kathleen Byles has written as follows:—“I am writing to thank you on behalf of all the girls who went to the Civic Theatre last Thursday. We thoroughly enjoyed the glass of milk each.
