COIN EVENING.

A coin evening in the form of a social and dance was held in the Redcliff? Community Hall on Saturday evening in aid of the forthcoming carnival funds. The success of the evening was due to the capable organisation of Mrs A. L. J. Shand. The hall was prettily decorated with coloured streamers and bowls of greenery and flowers, while music for the dancing was supplied by Miss Daisy Lelliot and Mr Gallagher. Musical items were given by Mrs Duckworth, Mrs Robinson, Mrs Anderson and Mrs R- H. Henley, accompanied bv Miss R. Austin, and a violin solo by Mr Crockett. Mr C. Hart was M.C.
