The Christchurch Coursing Club held their closing meeting at Sockburn today. The hares were a fast lot, and some good dogs competed. Tho following aro the results:— PUPPY STAKE. First Round. E. Reeves’s Seaplane beat J. M’Millan's Mossvale. W. A. Pope’s Myra Lee beat R. Exton's White Lee. Final. Seaplane beat Myra Lee. OPEN STAKE. First Round. F. Jones's GI idea way beat A. Bennett's Great Gun. J. M’Millan’s Darius beat A. Holmes's Logan Chief. J. Washingon’s Muri beat C. Black’s Comedy Verse. j. Tomkinson’ts Realm beat M. O'Brien’s Baronia. Second Round. Glideaway beat Darius. Muri beat Realm. Final. Seaplane beat Muri.
