NEW RATING BILL WILL GIVE RELIEF.

Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 6. Replying this week to a deputation representing the tomato growers and seeking relief in regard to the rating of their lands in boroughs, the Hon P. A. de la Perrelle referred to the Commission dealing with the rating of lands in boroughs and said that the Government intended to introduce legislation. He thought a very great relief would be given and he hoped the Bill would be brought down early in the session.
