He says he is satisfied that New Zealand hospitals are on the right lines. and have the proper system in vogue. Moreover. New Zealand has a. system of adton for Nelson: July 18. Nelson to KaiEngland and Scotland could copy with advantage. Their difiiculties are that they have no assured finance such as New Zealand has. They have to depend almost entirely upon public generosity and henefartions.
