During the fortnight ended November 10 the Municipal Electricity Department received 155 applications for supply compared with 173 the previous fortnight. Thirty-eight new connection? were made, compared with forty* - six, and 144 alterations and extensions compared with 91. The total number of kilowatts connected during the period was 310.319 compared with 409.491.
