BILLIARDS SALOON DESTROYED BY FIRE.
Per Press Association.. HAMILTON, December 5. Fire completely destroyed a billiards saloon leased by Harold Fisher in Commerce Street, Frankton, in the early hours of this morning. The stock and contents were insured for £SOO. A tobacconist’s shop in the same premises was damaged by smoke to the extent of £IOO. The stock was insured for £l5O. A pastrycook’s premises adjoining were also affected by smoke. The contents were insured for £35. The total damage is estimated at £BOO.
