KELLOGG TREATY BEFORE U.S. SENATE.

In submitting the Kellogg Treaty to the Senate to-day for ratification, President Coolidge said that he would be pleased to have it passed during the present session, so it could be ratified before he left the White House. —Australian Press Association—United Service.
