ALL BLACKS TEAM PICKED TO PLAY VICTORIAN SIDE.
LIKELY TO LEAVE FOR N.Z. OCTOBER 5. (Special to Press Association.) ADELAIDE, September 26. Nineteen of the All Blacks will leave Adelaide by train to-morrow for the Victorian match. The team is: Full-back—H. Lilburne. Three-quarters—B. Grenside, F. Lucas, C. Rush brook. Five-eighths—M. Nicholls, L. Johnson. Half-back—W. Dailey. Wing-forward—R. Stewart. Forwards—J. Hore, J. Burrow's, M. Brownlie, G. Alley, I. Finlayson, W. Hazlett., R. M’Williams. It was intended at first to postpone the Melbourne game, as the Ceramic is not due there till Saturday evening. It was thought that the expense of sending the team overland would be too great, as there is a big Australian rules fixture on the same day, and it is hardly likely that the All Blacks will draw a crowd big enough to pay all expenses. It is not definite which ship the team will catch from Sydney. At present it is the Marama, which sails for Auckland on October 5.
