MEETING OF CREDITORS LAPSES: NO QUORUM.
A meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of Michael Thomas Wadlev, of Christchurch, formerly a farmer, of Ferndale, 'Southland, called for this morning, lapsed for want of a quorum. The amount owing to creditors, all unsecured, was £572. The assets totalled £162, leaving a deficiency of £4lO The assets were: A pacing mare by Brent Locanda, valued at £75, book debts estimated to produce £l2, furniture £25. bonds £SO. The creditors were: Mrs C. M. Hearn £212, C. Blatchford £53, Urea and Hall £35.. H Werner £222.
