The President of the Irish Dail, Mr Cosgrave, who will sign the Kellogg Pact on behalf of the Free State, will return to Dublin with Mr Kellogg, aboard the United States cruiser Detroit.—British Official Wireless. (Received August 20, 1.15 p.m.) LONDON, August 19, Mr Kellogg is giving a banquet to the plenipotentiaries on the 'eve of the signing of the Peace Pact in Paris. Immediately after the signing M. Briand will give a banquet, while on August 28 President Doumergua will hold a reception, to be followed by the reception of the City of Paris at the Hotel de Ville.—Australian Press Association.
