All Parliamentary electoral rolls in the North Canterbury. district will be completed probably by the end of this month. Rolls for * electorates other than Riccarton are up to date, and Riccarton is expected to be completed this month. The main work now concerns the drafting into the correct electorates of those people living very near the boundaries. This has been a work of considerable magnitude in the country districts, where addresses of the nearest township are generally the onlyguide to location. Enrolments are being made more frequently than formerly, in view of the Act which came into force at the beginning of the year, stipulating that only four months are allowed before enrolment must be made after a change of address.
