MEN BEGIN TRAINING AS GROUND MECHANICS.

In continuation of the policy of the Government to build up a Territorial Air Force, twenty men. specially picked from the Territorials for the purpose, have begun their training as ground mechanics at the Wigram Aerodrome. The corps, made up of ten fitters and ten riggers, is composed of men who have experience in a trade which will be of use to them in their military work. They will continue their •veiling parades as .previously, but will be taught something of the fittings and mechanism of the aeroplane instead of the conventional military drill.
