HARRIERS RUN.
The Christchurch Harriers held a paper chase to-day at Heath cote; The run started at Heathcote Arms Hotel, followed the Estuary round for about a mile, then the trail struck across to the Woolston Tanneries, and across a ridge to the Olenmore Brickworks. The track then followed the Bridle Path Road back to the starting point. Twenty runners started in two packs. A. D. Kane was first home, with C. S. Mahan second, both of the fast pack.
