SCHOOLS MAY CLOSE FOR* TWO DAYS IN CITY JUBILEE WEEK.
Subject to the approval of the local committees, the Canterbury Education Board has approved of a recommendation from the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations Committee that school holidays be authorised for Monday and Tuesday, May 28 and 29.
