DENIES MENTIONING NAME OF M’MURRAY.

(United Press Assn. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received May 17. 11.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, May 16. The Minister of Immigration, Mr Forke, flatly denied before the Immigration Enquiry that he mentioned the name of Mr M’Murray to Alderman Coldwell in connection with immigration permits. Mr M’Murray has been summoned to Ottawa to give evidence next week.— Australian Press Association.

A cable yesterday said that Alderman Coldwell. in evidence, said that Mr Forke had told him that the SolicitorGeneral. Mr M’Murray, had made money from the sale of migration permits.
