COLLISION WITH COW CAUSES DERAILMENT.
(Special to the “Star.") ROSS, April 30. The evening train from Hokitika to Ross on Saturday struck a cow four miles from Ro6s and an ernpt}' L waggon was derailed. The train was delayed for three-quarters of an hour. The derailment caused slight damage to the 'line.
