Per Press Association. PALMERSTON N., April 30. While walking between Karere and Palmerston North on Saturday evening, W. Missen, aged 70, was knocked down by a car and run over, sustaining broken legs, severe abrasions and scalp wounds. Missen was admitted to hospital suffering severely from injuries and shock.
