The New York “Post” published a story from a nurse at Grenfell Mission, sixteen miles from Greenly'. She states that the Bremen is still in the pond, where it landed with its axle and propellor damaged, but it has been hoisted up on tanks and beams. She states that Baron von Heuhnefeld was prepared to shoot himself and his companions before they found Greenly in the fog. The flyers carried luck symbols in the form of a silver doll, black pig, and shamrock. The “ Post ” also reports that a ’plane arrived at Greenly from Murray Bayyesterday’, and now is returning for spare parts. A message from Seven Island, Qtiebec, states: Pilot Schiller and Major Fitzmaurice arrived here from Natashquan, and departed for Murray Bay'.— Australian Press Association.
