ANOTHER ARREST MADE IN CONNECTION WITH MILAN OUTRAGE.

The Fascist newspaper “Brilliante” says that a second arrest has been made at Como, but the identity of the prisoner has not yet been established. All responsible for the Milan bomb outrage are now in custody.—Australian Press Association.
