PEDESTRIANS DO NOT HEED WARNING SIGNALS FROM MOTOR-CARS.
“Why did the pedestrians not stop when you sounded your horn rounding the comer,” said counsel to defendant in a speeding case at the Magistrate’s Court this morning. “Well,” said defendant, “some people take notice of the warning horn and others don’t. “Quite true, quite trutf,” said Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., “that is my experience, too. Some take notice of warning horns and others don’t.”
