SOUTH MALVERN SPORTS CLUB HAS MEETING.
The South Malvern Cycling and Athletic Club held its annual sports meeting in the Glontunnel Domain on Boxing Day. The weather was fine and the attendance was good. Two pipers from Christchurch provided music during the dav. An unfortunate accident occurred in the South Malvern Wheel Race, when, after providing a thrilling contest up to the last lap, on the bend into the straight several riders crashed owing to W. A.
