RONALD COLMAN HAS LEADING ROLE AT EVERYBODY’S.
Those people interested in seeing the screen sparkle with something of the brilliancy of the genius of Oscar Wilde are given the opportunity at Everybody's Theatre this week. The excellence of the production, and the magnificent and appreciative treatment accorded “ Lady Windermere’s Fan ” by an exception-! • cast of the
screen’s leading actors is noteworthy. Ronald Colman fills the leading role to perfection. Bert Lytell is undoubtedly an actor of the first rank. As the sportive, reckless and engaging Mrs Erlynne, Irene Rich gives a portrayal that stamps her is one of the screen’s greatest artists. May M’Avoy is charming as Lady Windermere. For the seeker of thrills, excitement and drama, ,? The Great Deception,” a photo-play dealing with the Secret Service, can be well recommended. A brilnant programme of music, well varied and splendidly played, adds greatly to the enjoyment of the evening.
