To-morrow. tfie city' streets will be staffed with lady members of the Navy League and others, who will offer for sale miniature White Ensigns, the flag of the Royal Navy. The sale.-will be in aid-of the funds of the; league, whose work is to. preach that the Empire was formed by means of the sea, and that it is only by means of the sea that it can exist. The public, it is hoped, realise the importance of the work that the league is doing and will respond liberally.
