Cowie, of Melbourne, are among the recent arrivals staying at the United Service Hotel.* Mr and Mrs Godfrey O. Rutherford, Culverden. are returning to their home to-day, after a brief stay in Christchurch. Mr and Mrs G. Wadworth have returned to Invercargill after a brief stay in Christchurch. Mrs J. Macfarlane, Parnassus, who was in Christchurch for a few days, is spending a holiday in the North Island.
