COMPLETION EXPECTED IN SEPTEMBER NEXT.

The inumcipat concert hall, which will be eorqpleted in September, is now in a condition from which it is possible to judge w hat it will be Uke when complJhc work is going ahead well and the girder for the driss circle has now arrived and is being put together. Through its non-arrival there had been a slight delay in work on the dress circle. All other materials are to hand, and the fibrous plaster decorations are now ready. The roof is finished, and satisfactory progress is being made generally.
