TRAFFIC DISORGANISED; COLLISIONS NUMEROUS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright Aus. and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received November 26, 1.35 p.m.) LONDON, November 25. The greater part of England has been enveloped in a dense fog, xvhich it is forecasted, will continue to-mor-row. Traffic throughout London has been complicated and tram, train and bus schedules are upset. Flares have appeared in the most congested parts of London for the guidance of drivers. Six collisions, involving two trains, six trams, buses and private vehicles occurred. Several were injured. The worst instance was when two London-Essex trains collided, and seventy people were slightly hurt. A vast army of torch carriers has been called into service to-night to aid the omnibuses.
