Wood’s Motors, Ltd., costs only. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Andrew A. Beaumont was ordered to pay Frank George Thomas the sum of £lO 7s 6d in default 12 days’ imprisonmen t. MOTOR DISPUTE. J. Wilson, baker, of Christchurch (Mr K. M. Gresson) rlairfied from the Christchurch Motors, Ltd., (Mr Hut-' chison) the sum of £36 14s, alleged to be balance due in respect, of the sale of a car by the plaintiff to the defendant. The defendant counter-claimed for £36 14s for work done in the renovation of the car. Judgment was given for the plaintiff on the claim and for the defendant on the counter-claim for £l6 18s 3d with costs.
