November 10 In the Assembly, Mr Lang stated that the Government had offered the British Government a proportion of the grant it was to make to Dr Spahlinger. on the understanding that he should allow his tuberculosis serum to undergo extensixe tests under Government auspices in London. The British view is that if such action be permitted the value, or otherwise, of the serum will be finally settled.
