Waikouaiti, from Sydney via Melbourne, is due at Lyttelton via Bluff and Dunedin aboui August 10. She proceeds to Wellington. Captain Sewell has signed off the Mararpa. He left for Wellington last evenipg for Orders. Captain Prosser, late of the Tamahine, is now in command of the Maori, and Captain Irwin has charge of the Wahine at present. Comeric is expected to sail from Lyttelton to-morrow for Wanganui to complete discharge of sulphur. Norfolk, with. Liverpool cargo, via ports, arrived at Lyttelton this morning to discharge. City of Shanghai, from Wellington, is due at Lyttelton to-morrow to discharge New York cargo. Katoa., from Auckland via Wellington, is expected at Lyttelton on Friday to discharge northern cargo. The vessel proceeds to Dunedin the same evening. Kahika should return to Lyttelton
from Dunedin via Timaru on Friday next to load for Napier and Gisborne. Waihora. from Tima.ru, is expected to load at Lyttelton for Sydney direct on Friday or Saturday. She is expected to remain in port two days and then make her departure for Sydney. Wingatui, from Bluff via ports, is expected to arrive at Lyttelton about. August 10 to load for Wellington’ and Auckland.
Opihi, due at Lyttelton from Dunedin via Oaraaru and Timaru on August 10, will load for Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth.
Kennedy, from Blenheim, is expected at Lyttelton on Friday to load for that port. Kauri, from Newcastle, is expected at Lyttelton on Friday with a load .of coal for discharge. , : ' Wootton was expected to sail laSu evening from Wellington for Lyttelton. The vessel is duo to-day and should sail for Wellington to-morrow evening. John was dispatched from Lyttelton yesterday afternoon for Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth. Alexander is due at Lyttelton to-mor-row from the north. She will load for Nelson. Westport and Greymouth. Holmdale, from Dunedin via Oamaru and Timaru, is expected at Lyttelton tomorrow morning. The vessel loads for Wellington and Wanganui. Progress from the north is duo at Lvttelt on about Saturday to load for Wellington and New Plymouth. Poolta from Napier is expected at Lyttelton this morning to load for Waitemata will sail from Lyttelton to-day for Westport and Vancouver.
