The Rev Clayton adds: “ We cannot ask for suppression of the essential facts, but much should be forgiven this strange, great-hearted man whom Hundreds of men and bo3*s learned to regard as the best man they ever knew. Whatever his faults, his influence was sincere and wholesome.”
