When the Board of Governors of the Technical College met last evening, Mr W. R. Gahagan, on behalf of members, congratulated the chairman, Mr M’Gregor Wright, on his appointment as a member of the first Technical Schools Board in New Zealand. Mr Gahagan said that Mr M’Gregor Wright was a keen, enthusiastic, and zealous supporter of every branch of technical education.
