DAMAGES GIVEN AGAINST DRIVER.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, May 22. In the Supreme. Court, Raymond Hickey, motor driver, claimed from Joseph Bird £541 damages for injuries sustained on June 28 as the result of a collision between plaintiff on a motorcycle and defendant's car. The jury found for plaintiff for £298 19s 4d, special damages.
