In the Supreme Court to-day, in an application by Gertrude Leonard M’Kenna for a writ, of attachment against William Carbury M’Kenna, Mr Cuthbert, for Mrs M’Kenna, said that a provisional settlement had been made between the parties in respect to pa}'ment of arrears of alimony and permanent maintenance. With the consent of Mr Haslam, for M’Kenna, the hearing of *&e application was adjourned sine dia.
