VOTING FRAUDS ALLEGED AGAINST LABOUR PARTY.

WITNESS TELLS OF WHOLESALE DUMMYING IN FEDERAL AND STATE ELECTIONS.

By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn. (Received April 24, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, April 24. Giving evidence before the Federal Electoral Commission, a witness who acted as publicity agent in various elections, both for the Nationalist and Labour parties, alleged that wholesale dummying was committed in the East Sydney electorate at the last Federal and State elections. A system had been organised for years, mostly on behalf of the Labour Party. The witness declared that when working for Labour he was a party to this impersonation, but had to be blind to it, otherwise he would have lost his job.
