INTOXICATED DRIVER. Robert Bruce Brosnan was fined £lO and disqualified from holding a motor driver’s license for six .months by Mr IT. A. Young, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court this afternoon. Brosnan was charged with being intoxicated while in control of a motor-car. NEW TRIAL ORDERED. A new trial was ordered in the -case of Mottram v. Milne, which was, heard in the Supreme Court to-day.
