CHRISTCHURCH. (Before Mr 11. Y. Widdowson, S.M.) ‘ D R U N KENN ESS. A first offender was fined 20s, in default forty-eight hours’ imprisonment. POUNDING DISPUTE Charles Reed, Bromley (Mr Twyneham) claimed from Frederick Bushby, Bromley (Mr Malley) £5 as damages for the illegal impounding of a horse, and the return of £6 12s pound fees. The defendant stated that he had caused the plaintiff’s horse to be impounded because it had “ savaged ” one of his horses. Judgment was given for £1 damages, the return of £6 12s pound fees, and
