To the Editor. T often hear the question askCf l ; hat is tlic limit of a sea captain s power over his crew if they refuse to work or obev his orders after his ship has left the wharf? At the present time it would be interestingf to many of your readers if somebody would state what a captain's position is over a defying crew.—l am. etc., R.E.G.
