INFECTIOUS DISEASES NOTIFIED LAST WEEK.
Twenty-seven eases of infectious disease were notified in the Canterbury and Westland health districts last week, compared with thirty-two in the previous week. Four deaths, three from tuberculosis and one from pneumonia, were, also reported. One of the deaths from tuberculosis occurred in the Westland district and the others in the Canterbury district.
