June 21. .Admiral Robinson, Chief of the Bureau of Engineering of the Navy Department, has been granted retirement as Rear-Admiral, following the Teapot Dome oil lease decision. Admiral Robinson approved of the oil leases granted by Messrs Denby and Fall, and has since been passed over three times when promotions were going round.
