Alary Crompton, aged thirty-six, an American who suffered from neurasthenia, last week ordered her own coffin. Last night, after driving in a taxicab for several hours, she brdcred the driver to go to the Bois cb- Boulogne. The chauffeur there heard shots and found the woman dead. She had shot herself in the breast several times. A letter in her pocket asked her relatives in Chicago to pay for the funeral, giving the undertaker's address.
