LOAN OF £30,000.
DUNEDIN EXHIBITION. PER PK KSS ASSOt 1 ATION', DUNEDIN, February 12. The president of the South Seas Exhibition has received the following telegram from Sir Francis Bell: Cabinet has si greed to lend £30,000 without interest in addition to the
two grants of £25.000 already provided. A condition of the loan is that it has priority to any refund of capital to the shareholders or donors. I trust Ibis will enable your plans to he carried out, but in any ease it should he understood that the Govern men 1 cannot make a further contribution.
