The Governor-General of French Most Africa has communicated by telegram with Colonel Degovs from Niamey, on the Niger River, stating that Colonel Yuillcmins machine crashed after leaving Niamey. Sergeant Ynndelle was killed, and Vuillemiii, Dagneaux and l nitcli were inj ured.
