HIDDEN FOR 14 YEARS. DEAF AND DUMB COUPLE. LONDON, September 15. The police discovered the skeleton of a man at Southampton hidden in a seaman's chest in a house occupied by an old couple named Labey. ft is believed to have been concealed for over fourteen years. Both Mr and Mrs Labey are deaf and dumb, and are bedridden. Their son, who was then twentyone years of age, disappeared in 1909.
