A meeting of the New Zealand Food Reform and Anti-Cancer League was held last night, Mr W. R. Devereux presiding over a good attendance. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—Patron, Dr Truby King: president, Dr H. T. J. Thacker; treasurer, Mr M. Slater; secretary, Mr J. R. Devereux. A number of vicepresidents were appointed and a large committee was set up.
