An organ recital was given by Dr J. C. Bradshaw in the Anglican Cathedral last evening. There was a good attendance. The programme was as follows:—Choral song and fugue, C major (Wesley); Tempo ordinario d’un Minuetto from the Serenade lor Flute, Violin and Viola. Op. 25 (Beethoven); Romance and Scherzo frotn the Fourth Symphony (Schumann) : Hymn 6; Orchestral Prelude to “ L’Enfant Prodigue ” (Debussy); Symphony for Organ and Orchestra in D minor. Op. 42 (Guilmant) ; Hymn 12 ; Andante Solinelle. “Evening Prayer” (Henry Smart) ; Gigue in A major from a suite (Bach).
