Thomas Peattie Kirk, a married man, aged forty-two, a carter employed by the New Zealand Express Co-., was admitted t-o hospital on Thursday last suffering from injuries to a leg caused by falling from a. lorry. He was discharged after three days, though still undergoing treatment as an outpatient . lie died suddenly last night. An inquest was opened and adjourned for a post mortem examination.
