J. GOLDING ARRESTED. J. Goldmg icu arrested in Christchurch to-day on a charge of conspiring with W. P. Capes and Wm. Williamson to defraud the Southland Racing Club by substituting Willie Lincoln for the horse Look Out at the Southland Racing Club’s meeting. Golding, who is said to be a labourer, is in custody at Christchurch, and will appear at the Christchurch Police Court on Monday.
