A MAINTENANCE CASE. Pxr Press Association. ASHBURTON. January 11. The arrears of Ivanhoe Price. £2OO, for the maintenance of his children, were struck out by Mr Mosley, S.M., this morning. * Price said he was living with his wife and one child. His earnings for the last few months were about £2 a week Two of the children were boarded out. and he eox*ld pay half-a-crown a week for each. The Magistrate, in remitting the arrears, ordered Price to pay ■4s a week eaclr for the two children.
